ABOUT THE PROGRAM
An exceptional one-week program in graphic design taught by award-winning faculty, and open to high school students interested in learning about the creative world of visual communications. These offerings will be supplemented by virtual studio tours and online field trips, speakers and other activities designed to give students an introduction to the design experience and to get a sense of career opportunities in graphic design.
Graphic Design Program at Drexel University
The Graphic Design program at Drexel prepares students to inform, persuade, educate, and entertain through the creative use of words and images. Graphic Design students learn to conceptualize, design, and produce visual communication in a wide variety of media, including books & magazines, posters, ads, packaging, websites, information systems, exhibition design, and motion graphics.
What Pre-College Summer Students Will Bring Home With Them
Students who complete the one-week program will receive a program certificate from Drexel University’s Graphic Design Department. You will also take away the foundational graphic design work with original art and digital files, along with many career insights and happy memories.
